01AI transformation, from the inside
Clients are using AI themselves now, and the hourly billing model is under pressure. I've chosen to transform my own agency while it keeps running, and I show both the numbers and the mistakes we made along the way. You get an honest picture of what it takes and what you can use as soon as next week.
A good fit for business clubs, conferences and leadership teams at service businesses. Read more about the talk.
02Performance and wellbeing
My formula is ‘performance × wellbeing = high performance’. It only holds if you have both. I talk about what works for me (walks, reflection, being off when you're off, and taking holidays) and what happens when you forget one side. You go home with something you can try tomorrow.
A good fit for leaders, teams and education programmes.
03Marketing and brand
I've run a marketing agency since 2015 and helped more than 350 companies with strategy, branding and execution. Attention is the most underrated thing we have right now. I show how a brand becomes recognisable, what AI can take over in marketing, and why the personal and the analogue win when everyone else uses AI. With examples from my own podcast, which has more than 125,000 plays, and from the clients we work for.
A good fit for marketers, CMO networks and entrepreneurs. Read more about the talk.
04From childhood savings to DKK 80 million
I started with DKK 40,000 from my childhood savings. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, went to a special school and have no school-leaving exams. When I started the agency, I took no salary for two to two and a half years. In the end, I moved back in with my dad because I couldn't pay the rent. Today the agency has turned over more than DKK 80 million since the start, without investors. I've talked to many of Denmark's best leaders, and several of them have struggled with something they turned into a superpower. This is about keeping at it when things aren't going well.
A good fit for entrepreneurs, education programmes, award ceremonies and events.
05What is an entrepreneur?
We spend too much energy saying that everyone should grow as much as possible. To me, a pizzeria owner is an entrepreneur too, and you don't have to build a big company to be one. I've had more than 20 employees myself and ended up with a smaller team, where quality beats quantity. I use the conversations from my podcast and ask: what makes a good business when it doesn't need to get big? And why is a Gazelle a cooler brand than a Unicorn?
A good fit for entrepreneur events, education programmes and business clubs.
