About the podcast
The Danish-language podcast Den Nye Standard was my business podcast from 2021 to 2024. I started it because I learn a lot from hearing how others have built something up. Where does an idea come from? What drives a person? And what makes an entrepreneur keep going when things look darkest?
In each episode, I was joined by someone who has set a new standard in their industry: entrepreneurs like Heini Zachariassen from Vivino and Jesper Theil Thomsen from Soundboks, leaders like Brian Mikkelsen and Mette Østergaard, and creatives like Mads Nørgaard and Ole Bornedal. We talked about leadership, company culture and mindset, and about the ups and downs you rarely hear about.
