I talk about AI as someone who’s in the middle of it. Since March 2026, I’ve been rebuilding my own marketing agency with AI while it keeps running.
A talk on AI from the real world
Clients are using AI themselves now, and the hourly billing model is under pressure at most companies that sell knowledge and time. I could have waited to see what happened. Instead, I chose to transform Amplify while it keeps running.
I show what we’ve built, what it has changed day to day and the mistakes we made along the way. It’s not a run-through of tools or theory about artificial intelligence. It’s an honest account of what it takes.
AI does the groundwork. People make the decisions.
What we’ve built at Amplify
- AI in everyday work. The team uses our own AI directly in Slack to dig into marketing data and get concrete analyses.
- From suggestion to action. Our AI reviews ad accounts and suggests changes. A person approves the changes before the automation carries them out.
- Built in seven months. We’ve built the systems we work in every day ourselves, together with AI, and in 2026 I’ve deployed more than 1,700 updates with Claude Code.
What the talk covers
- Why I chose to build it myself instead of waiting.
- What AI can take over, and what still needs a person who knows the client.
- What it has changed for the team day to day.
- The mistakes we made, so you can skip them.
- What you can use as soon as next week.
Who it’s for
It’s a good fit for business clubs, conferences and leadership teams at service businesses, where time and knowledge are what clients pay for. It can be given as a keynote or as a workshop, where we work on how you start using AI in your own day to day. I give it in Danish or English.
Why me
I’ve run a marketing agency since 2015 and helped more than 350 companies with strategy, branding and execution. I made Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in 2021 in the Media & Marketing category, and Webamp, now Amplify, was named a Børsen Gazelle in 2021 and 2022. When I talk about AI, I draw on what I’m learning from rebuilding our own agency.
