The New Standard - your business podcast

The New Standard is a business podcast that gives inspiring people a voice to put into words their journey within the business world. The media universe will also serve as a platform where others who, like me, have an interest in entrepreneurship can come together to share thought-provoking and inspiring stories.

If entrepreneurship, business culture and management fall within your area of interest, The New Standard is your new business podcast.

Business podcast on management, operations and entrepreneurship

One of my great passions is entrepreneurship. How does the idea come about? What drives people? And what keeps the entrepreneur going when the going gets tough? As well as sharing my experiences as the founder of digital marketing agency, Webamp, I also find great inspiration in hearing about how passionate people have managed to create their own path. Convinced that I'm not the only one who finds motivation in the entrepreneurial journey of talented business people, I decided to create a forum where we collectively delve into the stories that have shaped and continue to drive Denmark's entrepreneurs. This became the start of my business podcast, The New Standard.

The New Standard is a business podcast that seeks to develop, explore and challenge the approach of today's Denmark to business management. In each episode I am joined by a recognised figure in business who has managed to set a new standard in their industry, field or area of interest. Together, we'll reverse their journey towards creating something new and how life's ups and downs have led them to where they are today.

With The New Standard, I focus on the stories behind some of Denmark's most talented entrepreneurs. I hope that the platform will inspire you to dare to set the new standard in what you are good at. Read more about The New Standard.

Podcast FAQ

What does podcast mean?

The word podcast is a contraction of the terms Person on Demand (pod) and Broadcasting. Person on demand broadcasting is a term for the user to get a product just when the need should arise. Podcast just sounds better than having to say it all, don't you think?

How to make a podcast?

It doesn't take much more than a microphone, a computer and an idea to make a podcast. Although it sounds simple, if you are thinking of starting a podcast, you should consider investing in a proper microphone, as the quality can easily be heard.

Where can you listen to a podcast?

Unlike the traditional radio show, you don't listen to podcasts on your radio but on your smartphone, tablet or computer - whenever it suits you. You can either listen to a podcast directly from a podcast app, or you can play it from a website. Apple products already come with a podcast pre-installed. Spotify and Podimo are two other popular applications for listening to podcasts.
